Hi Tom, thank you for your stay! The listing says clearly that the pool, aquapark, 2 saunas (dry and wet) and, also, a table tennis space are off premises.
That said, it you would have asked for an entry card, we would have given it to you with complimentary 1h/day access.
The listing pictures say 1 Queen bed, 1 sofa bed. Sleeps 4.
You paid for 2 children, 1 adult, and arrived as 3 adult males. We chose to forego the charges due for 3 adults.
