Funhouse!
Great stay as always! I will definitely be booking this funhouse again! We love it! So many deer, it’s clean and right by the river!
Stayed with kids to go float the river. Was a great location and super clean. The only issue we had was one of the beds is an air mattress. Had I known it was ahead of time I wouldn’t have minded. The roof really needs to repaired though.

Beautiful home!
This was a great house! The house felt very welcoming. We loved the covered patio and the fire pit! The wild life was amazing as well, the baby deers were very entertaining to watch! I would definitely recommend!
The property was very peaceful and the wildlife was awesome. The owners left deer corn for us to feed the deer. They right in the backyard. We loved the stay. The kitchen was fully equipped which nade it easy to prepare meals for the family. We would definitely stay again.

Great Stay
Great stay. definitely felt like we were at Grandmas cabin. saw so many deer in the backyard!! very spacious for the size. i will say the place was pretty dang dirty when we got there and felt the need to clean as soon as i got there, along with many naughty pictures and words written in their chalkboard, so i wiped off immediately l.

Beautiful wilderness
Nice place for our girls' weekend. The only drawback was how far out it was. Although once we got there we loved it. Saw several deer in the backyard. Overall a good experience. Thank you!
The house was accommodating for our crew, however ive never stayed somewhere you had to make the beds yourself before sleeping. The house was in serious need of a deep cleaning, and dusting. There were rotton stinky coofee cans with used grease by the sink. The plumbing wasnt great, and the neighbor in the other half of duplex was an ass!

Did the job
Overall it slept 10 people comfortably. Very windy roads up to the property. A bunch of deer around the neighborhood so that was cool.
Check in process was…annoying. I had to reach out for the actual address on the day of and for the code because I assumed they would email or notify me on the app after the check in time.
The house itself was very interesting, as in overall decor and cleanliness. Lots of things just shoved in random places. Had to put on all of the sheets, which none of us had encountered before, but they were organized in boxes. There were a lot of ants in the one bathroom which was off putting. When we were leaving we noticed the roof appeared to be caving in.
It did the job as a last place book for floating the river, and again slept 10 comfortably.

Comfortable and well appointed
This is a very comfortable home and one that provides all the equipment you could need for a home-away-from-home stay. For us it was very well located as we were visiting family in sparrowhawk village. One comment I would make that was a pleasant surprise; there is Wi-Fi provided which the posting indicated that there was no Wi-Fi. So folks who need to get away but be able to work from a different location or keep in contact with family and friends should feel 100% confident that there is good Wi-Fi to do that.
House was clean and met our expectations. I read one review that said there was no WiFi but there was. However, it kept disconnecting from our devices and said internet unavailable. The house had everything you could need. Our little ones loved seeing all the deer.

Decent
Ended up sleeping on the floor after a long hot day on the river. They provided an air mattress after finding out 2 sleeping spots were no longer available for use. The air mattress couldn't hold air. Bug traps found in couch after I tried sleeping there. Not enough parking. I'll stick with air bnb after this. Kitchen table was a 4 seater with "10" guests .
First impression: complete confusion! This house isn’t a house: it’s a townhouse with a curious and looming family living in it. Doors that would otherwise be bedrooms upstairs we dead bolted but occupied because of lights on. The two upstairs rooms are in the hallway with no further access. None of the beds were made. The supplies blankets in bedroom were so disgusting and smelled like the massive dog next door slept on them, with stains. The kids next door were walking the dog right next to our back door patio to leave droppings everywhere, especially while we were visiting around the fire pit… watching us and, at one point, jumping on trampoline, throwing sticks over the ‘privacy boards’ at our group. There was an ant & spider infestation: ants destroyed some of our food and we could NOT get rid of them. The ONLY positive was the deer but not worth all the weird, dirty, misleading information. We didn’t even know where to pull in the driveway in front because it didn’t look AT ALL like we anticipated, and was attached to another house. All bizarre and by far the worst rental… especially considering the cleaning fee is outrageous for smelly, filthy linens and spider-filled webs everywhere… I could go on. Bad bad bad.
We were looking for a good alternative to a bunk house for our float trio and this was comparable price wise. We stayed comfortably with 9, taking advantage of the various bed options. Amazing outdoor amenities allowing for lots of good times outdoors. We built a fire, where there was plenty of wood and lighter fluid. We utilized the propane grill to grill some burgers. We also took advantage of the sun room to play some cards when it started raining. Lots of deer and wildlife roaming out. Lots of little treasures about like 90s DVDs and record player. We had a wonderful time and our only criticism was that we had to coordinate using the one bathroom and there isn’t internet.
The house was exactly what we needed, and the drive was beautiful and the deer everywhere were definitely a highlight.

Not impressed
Cons- house is in disrepair. Roof looks like it could cave in at any time, concrete slab lifting in walkway (my mom broke her toe on it and now has to wear a boot), mattresses are very hard, spiders are everywhere. Owner was rude and not helpful with solving issues that arose, very windy drive to location with narrow roads.
Pros- nice backyard with deer all over the place, nice neighbors
