Great location on the island. Walk to beach from condo is long, but there are public beaches available with shorter walks if needed. We loved the laid back feel of the island.

We had a great time! The property was clean and welcoming. Trey offered great recommendations about the area and was available for questions before we even arrived. The condo has a great view of the beach and is only a short trip down the boardwalk to get the perfect spot. We would definitely stay here again. My sister and I stayed here for our annual trip and we throughly enjoyed it. Everything was clean and as stated in vrbo. The beds were great! Our only issue was we couldn’t get cell service inside the condo, not sure why, but wasn’t a big deal.

Great family time

We are a family of 5 & enjoyed our time on Dauphin Island. This property was exactly as advertised. Our kids loved the indoor & outdoor pools, we enjoyed the hot tub, & we were able to play in the sand and ocean. We spent a lot of time on the balcony & enjoyed the view of the ocean! Owner had some fun extras like a boogie board and a skate board & lots of books, movies, & some games. The kitchen was also well stocked with everything we needed to cook almost all our meals!

Our condo was very clean and comfortable. The balcony was great and had plenty of seating. We ended up eating most of our meals on the balcony while looking out over the beach. Trey was very good to respond with answers to any questions we had. I would highly recommend staying here.

This was a lovely condo that was attractively furnished. You can get a great gulf view from the spacious veranda which can be accessed from the front bedroom and living room, both also offering beach vistas. The kitchen was equipped with basic cookware, dishes and utensils. We really enjoyed our stay taking advantage of the indoor pool and hot tub.

Perfect spot

The Sullins were great hosts to a magnificent place! Communication prior to arrival was on point and seamless. Clean condo with location to great restaurants across the condo or a very short walking distance. The beach was quaint and offered a beautiful place without tons of people. Will be returning to Dauphine island and hope this condo will be available as all the touches we perfect. Thank you Trey!

Knick knacks galore

The area was delightful, calm and restful. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The condo is nice although the homeowners need to remove the dusty clutter. There were only 4 hangers which we had to search for. The internet was weak, which may be the fault of the HOA. The guest room closet was locked off, and the cabinet was full of old wires and equipment, so if you have 4 people there is not much room for clothes in the second bedroom. The kitchen is well appointed. We will return to the area but not to this condo.

Beautiful location

We loved this property. Fifth floor gave a fantastic view of the coastline and gulf. We came for spring bird migration. We will definitely stay in this condo resort again, probably in another condo. The communication with the owner of this condo was disappointing. Clearly, this owner has no interest in making visitors feel welcome. The front door lock system is faulty and the owner never told us so we had to return to the front desk multiple times which is not staffed full time. We were not informed that we needed a parking permit. Microwave was not cleaned upon our arrival. The lightbulbs in lamps were all so low, you couldn't read at night. However, the view from the balcony was spectactular!

Perfect quiet family vacation

The property is wonderful and has everything you need for a quiet, fun beach vacation. The condo was very clean and well appointed. The area is very low key with none of the typical beach tourist trap places. This is our new go to spot for beach vacations.

Great getaway

It was four of us ladies that came and we had a blast. We are in our 40’s and 50’s. The condo was directly on the beach side but, set back a little which made the walk to the actual water longer than I would like, but other than that it was great, condo was like home, however, It could use a new king size mattress in the master room.
