Professionally managed by Bravo Cabin Rentals, this spacious cabin sleeps up to 30 guests and features six king suites with private balconies, a bunk room, an incredible third-floor game room, a heated pool, hot tub, stocked fishing pond, private dock, six kayaks, a custom teepee, and direct ATV trail access.
BEDROOMS: Each of the six identical king bedrooms, spread across all three floors, comes with an ensuite bathroom featuring double vanities, a shower, and a private balcony overlooking the pond. You'll also find two nightstands, a TV, a sitting chair, and a small closet in each room for added comfort and convenience. - Fresh towels + shampoo/conditioner/body wash provided - Luxury, high thread count sheets, fluffy & soft blanket, extra pillows - Comfortable king mattress for a wonderful night's sleep
BUNKROOM: Located on the 2nd floor with 6 queen beds with ensuite bathrooms. This room is perfect for UP TO 12 children -OR- 6 adults. Great for a girl's or a guy's trip! Full bathroom attached with a bathtub. Not advisable for 12 adults.
GAMEROOM: When you arrive on the 3rd floor, your jaw will be sure to drop! The game room is insane with triple queen bunk beds for 6 more children or 3 adults and a half bath. Custom arcade with over 60 games, basketball, real skee ball, poker table, darts, air hockey, foosball, ping pong, chess, shuffleboard, mini bar with fridge and a sink, a half bathroom, and a huge sectional couch and TV for gaming or watching the game. I doubt you will want to leave unless you need to jump in the pool or the pond!
KITCHEN: Modern appliances including oversized double fridge/freezer, dishwasher, stove top, double ovens, and a microwave. Stocked with a toaster, coffee pot, Keurig coffee, French press, blender, pressure cooker, large crock pot, hand-held small mixer, large pot for cooking in large quantities, and every cooking utensil you would need. The kitchen island is huge, providing additional seating at the bar for four. There is so much counter space and plenty of cabinets for your use. This kitchen will be sure to please all the cooks in the kitchen!
LIVING / DINING: Open-concept living area with dining, kitchen, and 2 living rooms open to each other. Propane fireplace with a large TV and across the room is another 85” TV. There are two large sectional couches back to back in the vast living room where you can watch the same program on both TVs. The tall ceilings and large windows allow you to enjoy the view from inside. Don't forget about the stunningly beautiful, custom-made blue epoxy dining room table.
OUTDOOR COVERED DECK 1st FLOOR: Located on the first floor with a built-in propane grill, dining room table, and sectional couch with a TV over the fireplace. This large deck overlooks the pool, stocked pond, and hot tub. Just ring the Boat Haus bell when the steaks are ready!
OUTDOOR COVERED DECK 3rd FLOOR: The third-floor covered deck with a small dining room table, two double swinging egg chairs overlooking the pond, and a pool with a view that will impress everyone!
POOL/HOT TUB: The 20-foot by 40-foot seasonally heated pool is the perfect spot for your entire tribe to splash, swim, play basketball, or float. The pool depth is between 3 feet and 5 feet, with life jackets provided. The pool deck has 8 sun loungers, 5 poolside Adirondack chairs, and 4 water lounge chairs in the shallow end of the pool. A gazebo covers the large hot tub with gorgeous views of the towering trees and the fishing pond. Have a blast playing corn hole or a game of (life-size) chessboard on the pool deck. In the cooler months, a fee per day is required to heat the pool. Believe us, it is worth it!
KAYAK/FISHING DOCK ON THE POND: Relax on the dock, just steps from the pool, or race across the water in one of the four double full-size kayaks or two single kayaks for kids, all with provided life jackets. The pond has been stocked for catch and release. You will need to bring your own fishing poles and tackle as these are not provided.
FIREPIT & TEEPEE: Large firepit with seating for 10 to enjoy endless hours talking with friends and family or roasting up s'mores. The custom-painted teepee is feet away from the firepit for seating for 4 inside.
OTHER AMENITIES: - Largest play set available on the market - High-speed Wi-Fi with boosters on each of the three floors - Tesla EV Charger - Please bring your own cord! - ATV trail access from the cabin! No need to trailer your ATVs anywhere. There are two trailheads in the Boulder Ridge area, as a short hop across the highway will get you to trails all the way to Broken Bow Lake! - Convenient location yet a short drive to restaurants, groceries + local attractions When you're staying at Boat Haus at Boulder Lake, you'll want to take advantage of the natural beauty surrounding you at every opportunity. It has one of the most peaceful views of the pine trees in the area. Enjoy meals at the outdoor dining area or roast s'mores/share stories around the outdoor fire pit. For the ultimate indulgence, take a nice bottle of wine down to the hot tub. This is outdoor living at its best.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: • Easy self-check-in is available via the keypad on the front door. • The roads leading to the cabin are well-maintained, with no major potholes, though, like most roads in the area, they can get a bit dusty. • There are no stairs for you to climb to enter the cabin. Perfect for those in your group with limited mobility! • The maximum guest limit is 30. • The renter's minimum age is 25. • Events and smoking are not permitted.
It is located near all the best restaurants, activities, and park amenities. It is just a short drive to Broken Bow Lake, Beavers Bend State Park, popular hiking trails, restaurants, breweries, wineries, and downtown Hochatown, and access to all the outdoor activities you want boating, hiking, fly-fishing, kayaking, zip-lining, ATV trails, horseback riding, Cedar Creek Golf Course, Choctaw Landing Casino, mini-golf, helicopter rides, mining for gold, train rides, go-carts, and a great petting zoo.
Don't forget these items when you come to visit: • Rain gear and light jackets (Our average rainfall is 55 each year). • We have beautiful scenic trails; good hiking boots are a must. • Water shoes for our vast shorelines and streams. • Insect repellent, sunblock, and other first-aid supplies. • Coffee and filters enjoy this while sitting on the deck in the early morning. • Condiments - A starter supply of coffee/filters, salt/pepper, paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, trash bags, and laundry soap is provided. Still, guests may need to bring additional supplies.
