A deck with a jacuzzi provides a stunning view of the sea, while an exclusive gazebo on the property offers a panoramic view of the beach.

The house has a spacious garage for up to four cars, as well as a garage for boats of up to 17 feet, with a professional nautical winch to facilitate access to the sea.
