Great communication from the hosts. The house has great amenities especially if you are traveling with children. It’s clean and comfortable for families. We really enjoyed this location.

This place is in a quiet cul-de-sac with a nice size yard wish i would've brought the family with me games for kids of all ages lovely home booking again in a couple weeks just to bring the family

Great location for our needs - quiet cul-de-sac, large yard, but close to grocery story and restaurants. Cute decor - as pictured on website. Good communication from the host. Spacious rooms and comfortable living room with big TV and games. Fun stuff for kids to do (classic stand-up arcade games, foosball). Basic kitchen supplies and Keurig coffee machine. Stocking with a few more staples (e.g. sugar/sweeteners, creamer) would be nice. Host notified about a few minor issues to address (loose screw in front door lock, dripping ice machine). Only caveat was beds were quite firm and uncomfortable for our tastes. Overall, good experience.

Pretty good and would recommend

Our stay really was pretty good and I definitely would recommend the house and host. There were a few things we suggested for improvements (hence the 4, not quite 5 rating) but they were nothing major. Enjoy the Nashville area!

Cozy Murfreesboro

We enjoyed our stay at the Cozy Murfreesboro. It was very spacious, immaculately clean, located in a nice quite neighborhood, and close to everything. The grandkids really enjoyed the arcade games in their room and the foosball table and basketball game in the garage. The kitchen was adequate for making a birthday cake for our 3 year old grandkid. Overall we were very pleased with the Cozy Murfreesboro and would stay here again in the future.
