The location, the service and just the overall cleanliness of the house and how just nice it was and cheap and big for how small it seems, love this place
Great place, discussed with prop manager a better printing of the actual unit in the listing to understand where / what unit you are looking for..Will keep this unit in mind for the next time I am in the area.
They were very professional and helpful. We ended up needing to move locations so I cannot speak to this one, but the upgraded location was excellent (Coral Springs Resort). We will return
I stayed here with my children ranging from 3-8 and it was perfect. We loved all the amenities the community provided. The pull out bed was comfortable and the layout was just perfect for a small family.
Overall, wonderful experience. There was some confusion with the check in and access. Mostly on my end. The accommodations were nice, but a little out dated or worn down. Over all though, very nice stay.
Property is a little dated but it was clean.
The best thing is the honesty, My wife left her phone there and they promptly fedex it back to us.
That was Awesome!

Mixed Review
Pros: Property was clean if dated, kitchen had all the basic necessities, and the washer and dryer worked well.Cons: We didn't get all the check in information and local manager was difficult to reach, it took an hour past our check in time to get the unit number and code so we could get in (while we waited outside). The property management firm was pleasant when we did get through. The unit is up 1.75 flights of stairs and there is no elevator, which wasn't mentioned in the listing and was a problem for my 75 year old mother. The fold out couch bed was very uncomfortable, but sleeping on the couch (not the fold out bed) was reasonably comfortable. Finally, they apparently bill through a third party app and my information "didn't transfer from my VRBO booking" and I received 3 aggressive calls requesting I pay them directly over a 6 hour period while I was trying to figure out if it was a legitimate request.
Very outdated and uncared for unit. Very misleading information as the unit is on the second floor up a poorly lit sketchy stairwell. The common area entry appears to not have been cleaned in many years. We were unable to get into the unit because we weren’t given the full code information. The apartment is filthy and in pretty rough shape and lacking the basics that other rentals have. The cabinets have been poorly painted over with drawers askew and broken door hinges, tile countertops cracked and chipped with grout missing, under bathroom sink insulation exposed with towels stacked beside, dented and scratched doors, screens and windows dirty, sliding door jam never wiped down, outdoor patio floor full of dirt and debris, dryer difficult to reach especially dials, a/c unit so noisy we could not sit outside, mold in washing machine with mildew smell emanating into B/R, lack of lighting every where with no good reading lamps in B/R or desk, no clock radio, dust bunnies under head of bed, lack of bed linen with old duvet, no laundry hamper, no blender, coffee grinder, grater, chipped plates… To top it off we were given labeled containers with allotted pods of dishwasher and W/D supplies, 2 rolls of TP and limited kitchen warps. As far as the complex, Sports Village, it’s a very dated throwback without the charm. Went to look at the hot tub and there was a foot of grey bubbling foam. Gym was a real let down. No recycling. Lack of exterior lighting. Bad experience.
