We have always wanted to manage our own vacation rentals and are so happy we now have one at the beach that we can also enjoy when it is not rented. MY HUSBAND ,Tim and I are from Key West but have lived in Laklenad Fl. For the last 19 years. We both work at the community hospital there. We hope you love our homes as much as we do.
Why they chose this property
We fell in love with AMI 15 years ago and dreamed of opening a home here ever since. We love this location right off the island as we feel it is in a central location.
What makes this property unique
It is a small, 20 unit property that is very quiet. Our corner unit offers more privacy and space. Our unit is the only one with 2.5 bathrooms.
