The large fenced backyard is perfect for your dogs to run and play and a nice dinner on the patio. Why they chose this property
Tech Terrace is such a gem! The homes have so much unique character and charm and have huge trees (which is only a big deal here because there aren’t many). Several large parks, local restaurants, and shops in the area! The neighborhood is right next to TTU campus and downtown - where most of the events happen in Lubbock.
What makes this property unique
This home is cozy and it’s vintage charm with some mid-century modern touches make it cute and comfortable! It has everything you could possibly need in the perfect location!
