Park Hills trip

Property was a great fit for me and my husband. We had friends staying at St. Joe Park and we were just a few minutes from them so worked out great! I would highly recommend this property!

Cute little place

This trip was planned around hiking in the area. This cute house had everything we needed and more. We had our hiking pups with us and the house had concrete floors, built in dog bowls and a fenced backyard. If we are in the atea again we will be staying here.

Limited amenities (read fine print) be prepared to shop for basic items. One washcloth and one dish towel provided for 4 days. Limited kitchen supplies. A little too dog friendly for us as dog hairs were on the bathroom rugs and found elsewhere. Quick response from contact regarding questions about the heating controller. Would have preferred to change properties but none were available.

Perfect for out of town visitors

My mother came into town for my 40th birthday and i really didnt want her sleeping on the pull-out or at a super 8. I looked into rentals and found this place just 2 towns over. Worked out great! Less then a mile from the grocery store, dollar store and convenience station. Few miles from downtown park hills with a couple small shops, few bar and grills, micro brewery and at times some food trucks. The house itself was just what i needed. One bedroom has an attached full bath and walk in closet which was perfect for my mother. Full kitchen, king size beds and a tv in each room. Has a little back patio with grill, fire ring with seating and fully fenced in yard. With it being a pet friendly home the floors are concrete, which makes perfect sense for easy cleaning if accidents happen, but be sure to bring slippers. Thanks for an easy experience and i will be reserving again. A
