This freshly painted 2-bedroom, 2-bath 1,100 square foot villa is located in the golfer friendly Spring Lake community of Sebring, FL steps away from the Sebring International Golf Resort, the Heartland Speakeasy restaurant, the Sebring International Raceway and only 12 minutes away from Lake Jackson and downtown with its selection of restaurants, bars and shopping.

With its bright and airy layout, you enter the villa into the open concept living/dining room, which boasts a comfortable three-person couch and an armchair. The space is decorated in relaxing hues of blues, grays and whites with pops of color throughout. An HD smart television is available for your enjoyment with Wi-Fi Internet and cable included, of course!

Moving into the large u-shaped kitchen you will find it to be nicely equipped with all the dishes, silverware, dinnerware and accessories that you will need for your stay. Together with the large island and dining area for 6 the kitchen will allow you to cook many memorable meals for you and your family.

As you walk straight to the back of the villa you will find a lovely and private screened-in lanai overlooking a large green space with a pond. There you will find a seating area for four. An electric grill and a high-top 2-seater bistro set are located just outside the lanai on the open-air patio.

Both bedrooms are nicely appointed with king beds and have en-suite bathrooms, with one of the bathrooms being a jack-and-jill as it is shared with the main living areas. The private bathroom has a walk-in shower while the shared bathroom as a tub/shower combo. Both bedrooms have large wall-to-wall closets furnished with plenty of hangers and a dresser in each. The linen closet which houses extra supplies to make your stay more comfortable is located in the living area across from the couch.

A private, fully equipped laundry nook with a washer and dryer set is available to you day and night and is located inside the villa. There is plenty of parking in the complex's shared parking lot for up to two cars per villa.

Within the community and just a 1.5 miles from the home, don’t miss ECO Park which has shelters, picnic tables, grills and benches for picnics as well as a 1.47 mile walking and biking trail for bird watching and the occasional gator sighting.

Great weather, fabulous lakes and multiple outdoor activities abound in beautiful Highlands County. Sebring enjoys over 250 sunny days a year with average temperatures of 90 degrees in the summer months and lows during the winter months averaging 50 degrees. Endless sunshine and lakes mean many outdoor activities such as fishing, pontoon rides, water skiing, jet skiing and so much more can be enjoyed all year. A must see is Highlands Hammock Park with its many nature trails and multitude of wildlife. The list of activities is endless!
