This three-story townhome is a practical and comfortable space for families or groups.

First Floor:
Includes a queen bedroom (no en-suite bathroom).

Second Floor:
Features a spacious living room with modern decor and a 75-inch TV. There's a half bath, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and access to a private balcony with a grill.

Third Floor:
Two bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom and updated finishes.

This townhome offers a clean layout, modern comforts, and a convenient location—ideal for your next stay.

Before your stay, we kindly ask that you complete a pre-arrival form and review and sign our rental agreement.

A $100 pet fee applies per stay, if any pets.
Early check-in (no earlier than 2 PM) and late check-out (no later than 12 PM) may be available upon request, each for an additional $25 fee. Please inquire in advance for availability.

A signed rental agreement is required. The reservation will be canceled within 48 hours if the agreement is not signed or if payment is not received.

Check-in: After 4:00 PM. Check-out: By 10:00 AM. Late check-out incurs additional fees. No smoking indoors, and no parties or events allowed.

If the property is left excessively dirty, an additional cleaning fee of $200 will apply. Pets must be crated if left alone
