This three-story townhome is a practical and comfortable space for families or groups.

First Floor:
Includes a queen bedroom (no en-suite bathroom).

Second Floor:
Features a spacious living room with modern decor and a 75-inch TV. There's a half bath, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and access to a private balcony with a grill.

Third Floor:
Two bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom and updated finishes.

This townhome offers a clean layout, modern comforts, and a convenient location—ideal for your next stay.

Before your stay, we kindly ask that you complete a pre-arrival form and review and sign our rental agreement.

A $100 pet fee applies per stay, if any pets.
Early check-in (no earlier than 2 PM) and late check-out (no later than 12 PM) may be available upon request, each for an additional $25 fee. Please inquire in advance for availability.

A signed rental agreement is required. The reservation will be canceled within 48 hours if the agreement is not signed or if payment is not received.
If the property is left excessively dirty, an additional cleaning fee of $200 will apply. Quite hours 8 PM - 8 AM

Everything was very nice. Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with everting we needed. Loved the newly remodeled bathrooms! Our just Leonard was super quick to respond to any questions we had.
