The Space:
This renovated 2,300 square foot, 3-bedroom residence is located in the Kapalua Golf Villa community. It offers a chef's kitchen boasting stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops. The tastefully appointed bedrooms will make you feel right at home. Not to mention the luxury bathrooms equipped with walk-in rain showers.

Enjoy a cup of local coffee from your lanai in the morning while scanning the horizon for breaching whales. Spend the day lounging by one of the four pools or snorkeling with sea turtles at a local beach. Unwind with the famous fish tacos at Leilani's Restaurant while watching the beautiful Hawaiian sunset.


AUTHORIZED USE AND GUESTS: The Premises is for the sole use as a personal vacation residence in compliance with the requirements of the Declaration of the AOAO of the Golf Villas, as amended, for either: (1) a single family not exceeding eight (8) persons provided all occupants are part of one single family consisting of parents and children, or the legal custodian or the “designee” of the child’s parent or legal custodian, with that person’s written permission; or: (2) not more than six (6) persons any of whom are unrelated by blood or marriage. In addition to Occupant identified above, only the following shall reside at the Premises (include age).

Amazing place. Perfect for our entire family.

Couldn't have stayed at a better place. Grounds are amazing. Kids loved the pools. The unit itself had everything we needed from tons of beach chairs and snorkel gear to really nice appliances, beds, furniture and towels. Free shuttle to the surrounding beaches was the icing on the cake.

Beautiful setting, quiet relaxing get-away

We loved our week at the Kapalua golf villa. The views of the ocean and the whales were so calming and relaxing and we enjoyed watching the golfers each morning. This location was perfect as it's quiet and away from the wilder side of Maui, but close enough to walk to the beach, some closer restaurants and beautiful trails. The property was clean, spacious and well equipped. We had a fabulous week!

Great location, needs some TLC

First the good: fantastic location - within 15 minutes walk of beach, tennis, golf, spas and a few restaurants; under 10 minutes drive to Napili Market, more restaurants (Fond and Joey's Kitchen are both great casual spots) and more golf courses. The condo has beautiful views over the golf course, ocean and sunsets. It has access to several pools with BBQ grills, has a fairly well stocked kitchen and was large enough to easily and comfortably accommodate our family of 5. The unit was very clean when we arrived and management was very responsive in addressing the few minor issues we found.The not as good: Some of the pictures are no longer accurate - some of the furniture on the front deck is different and not as nice, the furniture on the deck of the primary bedroom is no longer there and what's left is falling apart, there is a old futon instead of the two chairs pictured in the primary bedroom (this could be a plus if you need an extra bed). The place needs some minor repairs and paint here and there, hopefully management will have those taken care of before you arrive!Overall, we had a great stay!If you've been to Kapalua before and have experienced the convenience of their shuttle service, be aware that they discontinued it as of December 1st :(

Gorgeous Kapalua location. Tired unit showing its age. It's in need of some urgent TLC.We've stayed in many other Kapalua Villas over the last 25 years, and this one was only one of two disappointing properties. I'm not typically a complainer, and I expect a few hiccups with any rental, and I'm very forgiving. However, we were surprised at such a high end property that there would be such inattentiveness. Here's a few to note:Sliding doors. There are two sliding doors that lead out to the lanai; one is broken and will barely open; the other is heading in that direction. Outdoor closet. The outdoor closet (which has the chairs, beach stuff, etc.) is broken. Dirty bed. Three-bedroom condo. There was dirt and hair on the downstairs bedsheets, under the blankets. We washed them ourselves.Windows. Many of the windows (mostly on the second floor) have noticeable gaps between the window and the wall, allowing bugs, air, etc. inside the unit.Blinds. One broken blind that did not work.Carpet. Fraying around the edges in most of the space. Mold/mildew. We expect mold and mildew in Hawaii. However, the extent of it in this unit is unacceptable.Shower heads. Two bathrooms. Both shower heads in need of cleaning or replacement.Dishes/utensils. Some were noticeably dirty. In the "good news" department, wifi was fast. And they did have nice "welcome" gifts and that was appreciated. We suggest they give the unit a makeover soon.

Perfect place to relax

Everything about this stay was pretty close to perfect! 1. Excellent customer service - from beginning to end, they were easy to get a hold of and very responsive. 2. Fully stocked kitchen - has everything! Keurig or good old fashioned coffee maker, blender, plenty of dishes and cookware, washer dryer, dishwasher, toaster, microwave....everything you would have at home. 3. Fully stocked home - chromecast, WiFi, one tv in the living room, beach toys, high chair for the baby....the pictures are 100% accurate 4. Property - 3 pools (main one was heated), shuttle takes you anywhere in the resort for free including Kapalua beach, has several restaurants including a general store (Honolua store) that has all the essentials including alcohol, and serves food all day. We went here a lot! 5. Location - This was a great location and although it wasn’t steps away from the beach like hotels or other rentals, the amenities especially the shuttle, make this the perfect place to stay. Kapalua beach is way less crowded then the others and it has great snorkeling (yes saw turtles) and was perfect for toddlers.

Difficult to Review Accurately

I want to be as fair as possible in my review. Some pros: 1) Beautiful location and fantastic views 2) Service was responsive and I felt they were doing their best, though there were many issues. 3) Large enough to comfortably fit our group (5) and could have fit 2-3 more. Cons: 1) The unit is aging and a lot of things need to be refreshed. 2) There were problems with contrary quotes and duplication of fees before arrival. This was resolved, management was responsive, and I think it was an honest mistake, but I need to point that out. 3) The bugs. A huge problem (roaches and ants). I know they have a cleaning crew etc, and management was responsive (thank you) and compassionate about it, but nonetheless something must be done for future guests. The entirety of building 25 may be infested or it could just be this unit. I can’t say with any certainty, but it definitely needs to be tented and then normal 3 month service (on the outside) will solve the problem. The placement of roach motels on kitchen counters and floors (they were there upon our arrival) does not solve the problem and it instills a constant queasy feeling for the guests. I want to give this place glowing marks but I can’t. With some work and attentive care it can get back there. I think the property management team are doing their best and want to get it back to its former glory. Maybe in a couple months time they’ll have it there.

I was very unhappy with my stay at this home. I'll list the pros first - the home was spacious (we were a group of 6), the outdoor deck spaces were comfortable, and the kitchen was stocked well with plates, utensils, pots and pans. Unfortunately, we couldn't enjoy any of it because within the first 5 minutes of arriving onto the premises, we found multiple cockroaches in the kitchen. We were hoping it was a transient thing, but they were everywhere, and we only kept finding more and more each day (baby ones too, which means they were multiplying). This made our stay quite uncomfortable, as one can imagine, because who wants to go on vacation only to be living with roaches??! On top of that, there were baby ants EVERYWHERE - on the tables, in the carpets, on the bathroom countertops, in the showers. All of it just made my skin crawl. I tried to contact the property owners but could not reach them at all. When I did get in touch with the company who manages the residence, they sent a crew to "spray" the home but this didn't help. They gave the excuse that with the pandemic and excessive rains on the island there has been an increase in infestations and they haven't been able to keep up with treating the residences. However if this is the case - then why continue to rent the home without it being properly treated?? And fail to inform the renters?? We had to deal with this until check-out because they had no other homes available to relocate us. This was definitely the worst experience I've had renting a home, and I would NOT recommend this home to anyone. If you are considering it, please look elsewhere.

The Perfect Family Vacation Spot!

This gorgeous Villa fit our family of 4 adults, 1 teenage boy and 1 young girl perfectly. Let's start with the deck that comfortable fits everyone and has the most amazing views of the golf course and ocean. Everyday, anytime of day, we were able to see the whales from our deck. The sunsets were so amazing and if you wanted a more shaded area, the deck off the master fit the entire group as well. The Villa itself is very well maintained and has a wonderful layout. The huge master upstairs has a comfortable king sized bed and the master bathroom has a great shower. The 2nd bedroom upstairs next to the master is the room with 2 beds, perfect for the kiddos. Then the bonus was the bedroom on the main floor with another king sized bed and separate bathroom. The main living area was spacious, clean and beautiful. Do yourself a favor and make sure you have access to the beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkel gear and boogie boards. It's worth the minimal fee. We used all those items, everyday. It was especially nice to have the umbrellas on the beach. We walked to the beach, but took the shuttle to some of the restaurants and honestly, its just all so convenient. You call the shuttle 15 mins before you need them and they will take you anywhere in Kapalua. Kapalua is so wonderful. We were there during spring break and you wouldn't know it because the beaches were not packed and it's quiet. We visited Kaanapali and Lahaina and those areas were so much busier, we couldn't wait to get back to our beautiful, peaceful deck! Kapaula Beach was were we hung out the most. There is no need to go any further to snorkel, there are so many fish and turtles in this spot and the waves are very gentle. The teenage boy wanted to go surfing, and the next beach over, Oneloa Beach was a great spot for surfing. We visited DT Fleming Park, but spent more time at Kapalua Beach. All these are within walking distance and the entire property is just so beautiful to walk around. We also enjoyed the spa at the Ritz-Carlton and loved dining at Merriman's, Sansei, and The Gazebo. Wednesday Trivia night was super fun at The Pour House as well! It was very easy to book this property and the management is really quick to follow up on questions. The customer service was top notch and they delivered on everything promised. I highly recommend this property and we can't wait to come back!

Kapalua stay

I booked this property for its proximity to Kapalua bay. It has nice large bedrooms and bathrooms and a kitchen and family room to accommodate our family comfortably. Pros: large bedrooms, kitchen , patio space, beautiful grounds, and access to pool and beach equipment. Cons: pricy for the condition of the property. The pictures don’t show the wear and tear of the unit. The sliding door is super loud and the outdoor sofa is so worn you don’t want to sit on it. . You can hear the neighbors on the other side and bottom of the unit. Over all we had a great experience and would stay again.

well kept and well managed villa

The villa is nicely placed among the golf villlas, easy to reach and with a good view out to Molokai and Lanai. The deck is particularly nice for breakfast, and wine at sunset. The villa itself has a nice open and relaxed feel and is well appointed. This was especially true of the kitchen, which was useful this trip as Maui was the most crowded we've seen in 30 years. But, cooking a few of our own meals, looking out the doors to the ocean, didn't feel like a problem. The most amazing thing about the villa is that it has 3 bedrooms, one down and the others upstairs - unique among Kapalua villas, I think, or at least very rare. It was sparkling clean, response to a problem with the AC was very good, and Taylor was a pleasure to work with. Oh, and the villa entrance is at ground level, so no lugging suitcases upstairs just to get in. Absolutely recommend.

We had a wonderful time at this property. The views of the surrounding golf course and ocean were phenomenal. The condo was spacious and had games, sand toys, beach chairs, etc. All 6 of us had a great time.

Great property and location. Local shuttle was super convenient for getting around

We had a change of travel because of a canceled flight and the property manager helped us out. We were super grateful and they were all great to us to make a special accommodation.
