When you step inside this home nestled beneath a canopy of oak trees, you will be greeted by a living area looking onto a large deck, new pool and spa and the renowned 11 mile lagoon. This large living room, with its cathedral ceiling, has double sliding doors which lead to a large private deck. Above the fireplace you will enjoy the new 65" HDTV and there is a variety of games and puzzles for the whole family to enjoy while on vacation. The dining room and screened in porch both offer the ideal place to enjoy a coffee in the morning, or total relaxation anytime of the day. There is also a new gas grill on the deck for your use.

Guests initially enter Port Tack by walking up the stairs to the front porch and front door. Once you enter your code within the electronic door lock on the front door, you will find the home's living room, which flows into the dining area, kitchen, screened porch and back deck. A hallway connects the master suite, king bedroom and hallway bathroom to the home's entryway. A separate hallway near the kitchen connects to the queen bedroom, full bedroom, jack & jill bathroom, half bathroom and laundry room. You can access the back deck from the living room and dining area and the screened porch from the kitchen and dining room. The home's private pool and spa are located in the backyard and are accessible from the back deck.



NO SMOKING. NO PETS. Tenant must be 25 years old. Reservations made for younger individuals will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the home at ALL times. NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS OR BANDS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. You may not exceed the maximum occupancy at any time — day or night. These are causes for eviction with no refund, and may damage our ability to offer the home for future guests exposing you to liability.
