This is an amazing family oriented neighborhood! Super calm with the beach just 11 minutes away! The area is super well located because it has the Fort Lauderdale Airpot just minutes away. Not to mention, all the shops, restaurants, the hollywood downtown, and Aventura Mall! I truly love this area.
