Condo was really good. Clean and spacious. We drove up from Edmonton for my son's hockey tournament and wish the host was more accommodating on early/late check ins/out. Due to the hockey schedule, we spent many hours in our truck waiting with no where to go.

Beautiful property. Very clean and an excellent location. It was missing some basic pantry staples like coffee filters and coffee pods, but the management was very responsive. Only feedback is that the knives could use a sharpen as it felt like trying to cut with a spatula!

Summary

Lovely property, ski run right there. Had a hard time finding the unit as there is no rhyme or reason to the number system of units. # 32 at the side of a building. BBQ was very dirty. Communication was excellent.

I did send an email as well, but, there were a couple of issues. I did not receive the check out information until late in the evening after checkout, so i missed a couple of instructions. And there was a lot of dust and garbage under furniture which caused some allergy issues the first couple of days. That being said, the overall experience was really wonderful and it was a very beautiful place to stay. Thank you very much.

Ski holiday with friends

Ski in and out was excellent. Welcomed by Stone Throw community. Our only comment on the unit itself would be lack of attention to detail by the cleaning staff. Check out time was 10 am. Our shuttle to the airport was arriving at 11:45. We inquired about leaving our luggage for the time difference. We were quite disappointed that your management team informed us of the cost associated with leaving our luggage. The ski storage closet would have sufficed but was not an option. A neighbour was kind enough to help us out. This is a scenario we have never experienced over the years we have enjoyed skiing at Sun Peaks.
