The view-breathtaking! The condo-perfect! Location-close to everything! The owners of this condo have taken great care of this home away from home! We were so comfortable we hate to leave! The kitchen has been updated so it is even better than the pics on the website!

Great beachfront property. Condo needs some upgrades. Would love to see new updated deck furniture. Lots of condos offer beach items included in the stay. Would have been great to not have to bring beach towels, wagon, toys, cooler etc. But great access to the beach. Quiet, peaceful stay.

Renter Beware

I believe the last review of this property was in 2017. This condo is in need of updating and a thorough cleaning. We were provided with fresh sheets and towels, but they were the only clean things in the unit. We found Breathe Right Nasal Strips all on the floor of the master bedroom. The tubs and showers were dirty as well as countertops in bathrooms and kitchen. A thick layer of dust enveloped the entire apartment surfaces. I also really tried to look past the decorating, but there were so many items on mantels, shelves and any space available. It that looked like a garage sale was going on inside with all the clutter of items. The pictures posted were deceiving to what we found when we arrived. My rating as a guest has always been a five star, but I want to be truthful to others who will be renting this unit. The location is great and the beach beautiful. We’d love to stay in the same condo building again, just not unit 302.

Very nice spacious and quiet condo, with everything you need! Great views. Lovely beach. Enjoyed the pool too. Lots of activities for everyone. A good choice of grocery stores and restaurants (our favorite Kill Devil Grill, We also like Front porch cafe for breakfast/mid morning coffee break). The only negative thing for us (we like quiet none busy areas -used to Emerald Isle), was that very very busy double carriage road that goes North to South of the Island and you have pretty much no choice but using/crossing it where ever you need/want to go. But this may not be an issue for anyone else ;) Great vacation as a whole, wish we had more time to visit more local places!

Amazing views of the coast!

Awesome location. Beautifully updated kitchen with lovely deck and views of the ocean! Comfortable beds throughout, but bedrooms need a little updating, as does the comfortable living area. Quick access to all that we needed: beach and groceries, restaurants.
