The house was just as it was represented in the listing and reviews. Having four spacious bedrooms and three full bathrooms was a great benefit to the four of us that were on a golf trip. Washer and dryer are brand new and were a tremendous convenience.
House was nice we enjoyed and would rent again- only down fall is 1 tv in the whole house!

Our vaction started out with a lack of communication then to be told not to communicate with the number they provide from vrbo but to reach out to a different number. Micheal or Mohammed or whatever his preferred name is reminds me of living home and having your father control the thermostat for the air and control the pool spa by reaching out everytime you want to use anything. We were going to grill but there was a lock on it so we couldn't be bothered. It could really be a nice house but it lacks the proper maintenance and the furniture is either rotted or you're sleeping on blocks. Crazy that if it wasn't for the expedited service by vrbo and their staff we would have Never possibly heard from the property management. It was a total disappointment and we should have really looked into the couple reviews that sounded exactly the way we felt. Renter Beware !
My experience, was great. I got to spend time with my kids and grandkids. We all live in three different states went down for my son’s wedding. The only problem I have was getting the key out of the key box but my daughter Google something and she opened it other than that I can’t complaint. oh yes, I forgot my grandkids really enjoyed the pool and my daughters. Enjoyed the hot tub.

Not What We Expected
Rented this VRBO for our family gathering for a funeral. The home does not match the images. It is very worn and needs lots of attention. It posted sleeping 20 but actually sleeps 14 plus there are 3 mats that you can use. One sofa was long enough for a person to sleep on but all furniture is old and broken. Dining room table is an outdoor patio table. One bathroom had a hole in the wall next to the tub. The tub had half the tile redone but didn’t look quite right. Very disappointed. Needs lots of TLC.

This house did sleep a lot of people, but it was not equit to accommodate that many. There were not enough towels in the house and not enough seating for meals. There was nothing above the bare minimum things throughout the house. As for the “spa”, I had to call the host on the phone every time I wanted the spa turned on, wait for it to warm up (several hours), then I had to call to have it turned off. Very inconvenient. The jets in the large tub didn’t work. Took a very long time to get hot water in all sinks, showers and tub. If you don't plan on spending a lot of time here, it would be fine, but we went to spend a lot of time in the house and let the kids swim.
