Guests will have full and private access to the entire cottage and its dedicated patio space. Check-in is personal, and keys will be provided upon your arrival.

In addition to your private space, you have access to several shared community amenities to enhance your stay:
• Two community grills available for your use.
• A Solo Stove fire pit area with eight Adirondack chairs, located right at the water`s edge.
• Complimentary stand-up paddleboards.

We aim to provide our guests with a seamless and private experience. Throughout your stay, we respect your privacy but are available via phone or the messaging app should you need any assistance or local recommendations.

Please be mindful that the fire pit, grass areas and grills are common areas shared among all cottage guests. We kindly ask that you respect others who may be using these spaces.
Your cottage`s private patio is located adjacent to the common area fire pit, so please expect some interaction with other guests in this area.

Please be respectful of furniture and borrowed equipment like bikes, paddles boards and kayaks.
The home is located within an active marina please be respectful of how and where you park and please no parking on the grass.
Do not affix anything to the walls or ceilings like 3M hooks, stickers, etc.
