Everything you would expect with flat screen tvs in every room, Wi-Fi, fully stocked kitchen, board games & all the comforts of home.

It is on a gulf access channel, minutes from the Caloosahatchee River (12 minutes of a no wake boat ride), then direct to the Gulf of Mexico. The fishing off of the dock is great, and we provide 6 fishing poles and a tackle box. After a day of going to the beach, fishing or boating, relax in the private heated pool with 55" Outdoor TV on the full screened in lanai. If you want to take in the town, Cape Coral is full of unique dining, shopping, & ecotourism/parks. Top Seafood Restaurants, Coffee Shops, Sports Bars in walking distance. The number one marina, dining, and shopping center (Cape Harbour) is a bike ride away from the home.

Walk in and you will see the unmatched view and indoor/outdoor living. The three bedrooms have been custom outfitted in brand new beach themed furniture and décor. Two baths are brand new as well, and will be stocked for your convenience. The living room has a sectional with a 55" flatscreen. Dine inside or take in the view and dine on the lanai at our 8 person poolside dining area with 55" flat screen TV. The LARGE covered and screened in porch is the highlight of this house.

The pool is heated to 80 degrees free of charge and ready for you to enjoy. After a day at the beach, relax in the pool and on the lanai. Pool toys and floats provided including a sun lounger to soak in the sun on the sun shelf in the pool.

Multiple Adult and children's bikes provided w/ helmets. Ride our bikes to the beaches, Cape Harbour, and Publix grocery store. Ping Pong, Darts and Foosball in the garage. 6 backpack beach chairs, beach wagon, cooler, and beach toys provided.
