Luxury vacation home w/ brand new heated pool, 2 kayaks, 2 paddle boards (SUPs), bikes, ping pong, foosball, dart board, scooters, beach chairs. Minutes from the world famous Cape Harbour marina, dining, shopping, bars, and nightlife. Enjoy fishing off of the dock, boating, kayaking, swimming, riding bikes, or just taking in the views of the canal. Everything you would expect with flat screen tvs in every room, Wi-Fi, fully stocked kitchen, board games & all the comforts of home.

It is on a gulf access channel, minutes from the Caloosahatchee River (12 minutes of a no wake boat ride), then direct to the Gulf of Mexico. The fishing off of the dock is great, and we provide 6 fishing poles and a tackle box. After a day of going to the beach, fishing or boating, relax in the private heated pool with 55" Outdoor TV on the full screened in lanai. If you want to take in the town, Cape Coral is full of unique dining, shopping, & ecotourism/parks. Top Seafood Restaurants, Coffee Shops, Sports Bars in walking distance. The number one marina, dining, and shopping center (Cape Harbour) is a bike ride away from the home.

Walk in and you will see the unmatched view and indoor/outdoor living. The three bedrooms have been custom outfitted in brand new beach themed furniture and décor. Two baths are brand new as well, and will be stocked for your convenience. The living room has a sectional with a 55" flatscreen. Dine inside or take in the view and dine on the lanai at our 8 person poolside dining area with 55" flat screen TV. The LARGE covered and screened in porch is the highlight of this house.

The pool is heated free of charge and ready for you to enjoy. After a day at the beach, relax in the pool and on the lanai. Pool toys and floats provided including a sun lounger to soak in the sun on the sun shelf in the pool.

Multiple Adult and children's bikes provided w/ helmets. Ride our bikes to the beaches, Cape Harbour, Restaurants, and the grocery store. Ping Pong, Darts and Foosball in the garage. 6 backpack beach chairs, beach wagon, cooler, and beach toys provided.

This property is awesome for two couples. More than enough room. Pool and lanai are perfect. House was the cleanest, best stocked VRBO I have ever stayed at. Owner was amazing. Had a minor plumbing problem on a Saturday afternoon and it was fixed by Saturday evening. Thoroughly pleasant experience from start to finish.

We have been users of VRBO for years and now get to be hosts using what we learned from all of our own travels and rental experiences with hosts all over the world. We will do our best to give you great service, great communication all while leaving you alone to enjoy your vacation in our home.

Why they chose this property

We Love the water and own this house because we love boating and enjoy the very quick direct access to the gulf from our house - we can get out to open water many days in 10 minutes. We actually love that there is a retirement community across the canal of condos - they are very quiet and we hardly see neighbors + there are no VRBO / AirBnb rentals allowed across the canal - so it's very peaceful. We also love to walk to our favorite restaurants - some of the best in the Cape!

What makes this property unique

The lanai (back porch) is HUGE! And it's covered - it's where we hang out all the time when we are there. It's covered for when the sun is too hot or it happens to be raining - there's a TV out there - we basically live out there when we are in town. And then of course the boat dock - that's teh gem of this house if you like to boat. The pool is wonderful too - heats up quick - sun shelf - southern exposure so it's always sunny.
