The bathroom is equipped with a refreshing shower, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Numerous amenities which include fiber optic Wi-Fi, beach chairs, beach towels, beer coolers, iron & ironing board, blow dryer. We also include coffee maker, complimentary coffee, and all you need to enjoy for a fantastic stay. It's easy to see why you'll be able to unwind at our place in this tropical delight.

San Juan overall seems to be a relatively expensive place both for hotels and AirB&B. The property was nice and clean and quiet. Unfortunately there was a water outage in the area of town when we arrived, which shocked us a bit. But the next morning all was repaired and functioning. Great stay.

AC is only located in the bedroom. Bedroom was staying cool but we had it on for hours and it was not cooling the rest of the Apartment down. Host claims it only takes minutes which wasn’t true. Host also forgot to mention the massive Generator 3ft from the living room windows that was deafening. That was on for an hour. Host did not offer a refund. We left after 3 hours and went and got a hotel room.
