Living here in Encinitas, my wife and I enjoy a very active outdoor lifestyle. The weather is very enjoyable year round, I spend my spare time surfing at the beach, running on the beach, biking down the coast highway and enjoying a sunset walk. We enjoy sharing our home with others.
Why they chose this property
We live within a mile or so from the downtown 101 area which has many options for bars, restaurants, dancing and entertainment. There are also parks close by for kids to play, a skatepark, and most of all within 1.5 miles from the beach. Within a short 10 minute drive is Solana Beach and the Del Mar Racetrack.
What makes this property unique
The first response we get when someone enters our home is WOW! The main interior dining/living space has 16' cielings, which lead to the outoor entertainment space. The seamless outdoor/indoor area is connected by a 30ft pocket door that opens the entire kitchen/living space to the outdoor covered patio space. The patio has flush mounted heaters in the cieling, so the space can be used year round.
We have a large backyard area, great for lounging or playing with the kids, a rooftop deck with BBQ and a firepit, perfect for evening sunsets.
