Air-conditioned apartment with 03 bedrooms, 03 bathrooms, two living rooms and two fully equipped kitchens duplex refrigerator with freezer, cook top stove, with electric oven, microwave, water filter. Terrace with shack and pool and barbecue, air conditioning in the room Tv and Suite, fan and TV throughout the rooms, wifi internet, cable TV, garage for one car and outdoor parking. First and second floor without elevator with electronic gate.

Note: During Christmas and New Year's Eve we only accept 8 days package or call to arrange, and in this package the daily rate is
R $ 1,000.00 per day.
Total: R $ 8 000.00 reais the 8 days. + 180,00 reais cleaning fee and R $ 3,000.00 security deposit that will be returned after the property conference
Outside Christmas and New Year the fare and
R $ 900 00 reais per day.

+ .We are available to book a vehicle with driver for local tours to Ilha do Mel, Paranaguá or pick up at the airport with price to match.

Boa noite Cleide Se os hóspedes lerem a descrição ,está especificado que tem ar condicionado na Suite e na sala íntima de Tv a qual fica conjugada com o quarto de cima e refrigera tbm o quarto..Sempre tivemos muitos elogios deste imóvel. Vc é a primeira pessoa que reclamou Lamento muito. Gostaria que lessem a descrição do imovel e vão concordar que não estava escrito que tinha ar condicionado em todos os quartos e sim na suíte e na sala de Tv e nos outros quartos tem ventilador de teto. Boa noite.
