NON SMOKING, NO PETS. Spacious 2 bedroom/2 bath home in quiet community, the subdivision has private boat dock with access to Lake Grassy - great for fishing or water sports. Master bedroom has king sized bed with pillow top mattress, stand up shower in master bath. Second bedroom has a full size bed and a bunkbed with twin over full size. Second bathroom has tub. Living room has 50” Vizio smart TV, streaming available. DVD. Screened in back patio with table and chairs and a grill. Garage available, with washer and dryer. NO PETS ALLOWED, $100 fee if you have pet on premises. NON SMOKING house, $100 charge if house smells of smoking. Your request to book is agreement to the no pets and no smoking policy as well as the fees.
