Studio for rent in the center of Cusco. The studio has all the comforts you need including a fully equipped kitchen, fast wi-fi internet and an independent entrance. The studio has a private bathroom with a hot shower, only a few steps away in the hall. You have access to a shared sunny terrace as well. Although the location is in the historic center of Cusco, the building is very quiet so you can enjoy a good night sleep.

The street and neighborhood are very safe, you can walk home (even at night) without any problems. Big supermarket very close by and the central market of San Pedro at only 4 minutes walk. Staying in the city center of Cusco means being close to all tourist attractions, bars, restaurants, tourist agencies, Spanish schools etc. You will love the location! So stay in Cusco with the comfort of your own apartment!

The host, Donny, was gracious enough to pick me up at the airport at the Uber rate, and gave me a guided tour of the apartment when we arrived. He also provided an excellent local tour guide contact that I used to book tours to Machu Picchu and Rainbow Mountain. His communication was very good and was very responsive to a couple of issues that developed with the sink and refrigerator(replaced with a new one). Overall, the apartment was very clean, a well equipped kitchen that I used to cook a few meals, plenty of soap, towels, and toilet paper. There is a pharmacy right across the street and super market a couple of blocks away. Well within walking distance to Plaza de Armas, where you will pass many excellent restaurants, money exchanges, massage parlors (highly recommend-one of the best massages ever), street vendors, and city tour bus hawkers in the square (take the 3 hour city tour. Well worth the money). The area in and around the apartment and throughout the Plaza Armas was very safe and the people very friendly. I enjoyed the city.Cons:The bathroom is outside the apartment in a shared hallway. It was still a private bath but you had to walk out of the apartment into the hallway to use the bathroom or take a shower. Also, the bathroom assigned to me had a slight sewer odor which I pointed out to the host.The bathroom was definitely clean but I think some odor is coming thru the drain. Overall, a very good stay in a great part of town. Would stay again!

Best restaurant I found in Cusco and very reasonably priced. Ask for the economy menu, it's more than you can eat for $35 Sols (10.50 US)

Great location, good value for money

We stayed for more than 2 month and particularly enjoyed the good location. All historical sites in Cusco as well as shopping and restaurants within a few minutes' walk. We felt safe. The place is not new, but good value for money. Donny and his wife were very attentive hosts with quick response about everything. Thank you!
