Wonderful Vacation

Excellent location in a quiet neighborhood and easy access to park your boat against the dock. Very clean and well kept residence, everything was operational with no issues. Great place to spend your summer vacation!

The house was clean and beautiful. The pool and spa were excellent. We used every day. There was every amenity we could need . The beds were very comfortable. I thoroughly enjoyed my 2 week vacation here. Could not have asked for anything better!

Perfect Location

For anyone that wants to be on the water and in their boat every day this is the perfect location. With a quick out to the big water, wide water views, and south facing, it has it all. The outdoor area was especially enjoyable with the pool, hot tub, and plenty of room to roam. I have rented many homes on Marco and this is one of the only ones I would go back to.

Relaxing in Marco

We had a wonderful time as a family at the house. The patio, and pool is where we spent most of our time. It was the most relaxing time we have had on a family trip. The house was all we expected and more. Excellent.

Absolutely perfect!

Best vacation we’ve had in a long time! Wonderful house and amenities! Great location for boating around Marco and the pool was a blast! We will be back, hopefully sooner than later! We had a few hiccups while there but the owner was great at handling and made things right. Pleasure to work with!

Awesome Relaxing Property!

We have been traveling to Marco Island and renting houses for almost 10 years and this was one of our most favorite houses! The house was so clean, relaxing and perfect location. The pool and spa are great and the patio space is so large and the outdoor kitchen is just fabulous. The small things such as the Keurig machine and toaster oven are such pluses! Highly recommend this house and Gayle was a pleasure to work with. Thanks so much for a wonderful and memorable vacation!

Wonderful Home On Great Street

Terrific home for a family vacation. Open layout and great outside living. Outdoor kitchen and bar with great views made for the perfect island feeling. The house was very clean and nicely decorated. The pool and hot tub were absolutely wonderful. The street has no outlet so very few cars passed by. As soon as I know when I will be returning to Marco Island I will try to book this home again.

Beautiful home in a peaceful neighborhood

My husband, 1 year old son and my parents spent 2 weeks over Christmas in Gayle’s home and we couldn’t have been happier. We utilized her outside lanai and pool area for a good part of almost everyday due to the exceptional weather. Her neighborhood is quiet, hardly any traffic and it’s as if you have the whole place to yourself when taking walks, going for a bike ride (which she provides) or running. Her home was well stocked with anything you could want and everything was fully functional. Our only issue and it’s because we have a young child was the third bedroom. It is adjacent to the living room and only has French doors and light filtering shades. When our son went to sleep early or for nap time we went outside to spend time on the lanai which was fine because the weather was perfect. We were extremely happy with the company Tiny Tykes and recommend anyone with young children utilize their rental services. We were able to make the pool area safer for our curious toddler with gates and they provided anything we could have wanted (just don’t expect a five star mattress for the crib). A great feature that Gayle had were automatic shades installed on the lanai to keep it warm and block out sunlight in the early morning which was a great feature, in case it was a bit cooler in the early morning. The sunsets and sunrises off her dock are like no other and her home is conveniently located within 5 to 10 minutes of anything you could want. Gayle was a perfect owner and communicated with us frequently about anything we needed even prior to the trip. She was also so kind as to get a small Christmas tree for the house knowing we were bringing our son for the holiday. I would absolutely recommend this house to anyone and look forward to a return trip!

Amazing property!

We enjoyed this home very much! We have rented several homes in Marco Island over the last few years for vacation. This property was the most convenient to access and the outdoor kitchen is fantastic!
