Welcome to Tip'sea Saltbox, a beach property that will take your breath away the minute you walk through the door. This stunning, 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath home nestles next to Lake Gavin, located close to the beach and the community’s resort-style pools. Enjoy great lake views from multiple balconies!
AMENITIES: Resort-style amenities include three lavish pools, two scenic lakes, a fishing dock, fire pits, fitness center, private dune crossovers, lawn games, a pirate ship playscape, and more! Enjoy on-site restaurants such as a Mediterranean bistro and a pizzeria, while the Town Center hosts events, activities, and live music in peak season and on holiday weekends.
MAIN LIVING SPACE: The first floor features customized, reclaimed wood on accent walls in the living room and dining room, along with a bright, open floor plan that has an unmistakable coastal feel. Serve meals on the kitchen islands, with bar-height seating, or at the rustic dining table.
Guests will love the second-floor game room and living area, a bright gathering spot where kids can play board games at the card table or watch movies on the flat-screen TV while relaxing on the twin-size day bed. The game room also features a wet bar with wine cooler and counterspace to set up morning coffee service. Step on to the balcony to look over Lake Gavin.
SLEEPING QUARTERS: On the first floor, a large, queen bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. With its calming tones and pops of color, this first-floor retreat makes for a great guest getaway.
The second floor boasts a serene, king master suite filled with cool blues. It offers private access to a sitting area on the front balcony, along with a double vanity sink and large walk-in shower in the spacious bathroom. Just around the corner, a fun bunk room houses two bunk beds, custom-built out of barn wood. One is a twin-over-twin bunk, and the other is a full-over-full bunk—sleeping a total of six. Sharing a bathroom with the bunk room, the second queen bedroom is decorated in lovely, neutral tones and coordinating prints on upholstery and rugs. Each of these upstairs bedrooms has direct access to a large, wrap-around, front balcony.
GREAT FEATURES: An internal stairway leads to the crowning, third-floor uncovered balcony with commanding lake views. All of the decks, porches and balconies have seating groups, from tables with chairs to Adirondack-style seating.

IF A PET IS SEEN ENTERING A NON-PET FRIENDLY HOME, GUEST WILL BE CHARGED A PENALTY AND/OR EVICTED.
Tip'sea Saltbox is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering Tip'sea Saltbox the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night.
There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.
