This charming and compact 1,100 sq ft home in the peaceful and popular Riverside neighborhood has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The open layout creates a warm and inviting space, perfect for relaxing or entertaining.

Main Living Space:

The fully stocked chef’s kitchen is equipped with pots, pans, cooking oil, spices, dish soap, paper towels, trash bags, coffee, tea, sugar, and cleaning supplies. It opens up to the dining and living area, which features a custom-built bookcase and a large flat-screen smart TV, ideal for cozy movie nights or streaming your favorite shows. The home also has a peaceful front porch with plenty of seating, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or unwinding outdoors on pleasant days.

The property had some cleanliness concerns — I found several dead roaches on a daily basis during my stay in the home. The host did issue a 50 refund for the inconvenience, which I appreciated, but the situation made my stay less enjoyable. Hopefully, this is resolved for future guests.
