Escape to our charming 3-bed, 2-bath Atlanta cottage! Perfect for families, this peaceful retreat in a quiet South Atlanta neighborhood comfortably sleeps 10. Enjoy vaulted ceilings, and easy access to the city. Just 13 minutes from ATL airport, it's the ideal gateway for your group's adventure. This is a private home designed to provide a clean, comfortable, and convenient stay, not a full-service hotel. We aim to clearly provide all listed amenities and want guests to have accurate expectations before booking.

The kitchen is equipped for everyday use and includes basic cookware (please note the kitchen is stocked for standard meal preparation but may NOT include specialty cookware, baking sheets, or professional chef-style knives.)

A washer and dryer are available for guest use during your stay; however, guests are responsible for providing their own laundry detergent and any personal laundry supplies needed.

Each bathroom includes one additional roll of toilet tissue per bathroom. Guests may wish to purchase additional personal supplies depending on the length of their stay. See the travel guide for grocery stores less than 3-10 minutes away. Paper towels and other consumable household supplies may be available if left from previous guests, but they are not a guaranteed stocked amenity unless specifically listed.

The home is professionally cleaned and prepared prior to each guest’s arrival. If any immediate issue arises during your stay, please notify us promptly through messaging so we have the opportunity to assist and resolve concerns as quickly as possible.

Sleeping arrangements for 10 guests:
* Master Bedroom: A relaxing retreat with a King bed and a private ensuite bathroom.
* Second Bedroom: Features a comfortable Queen bed and closet space.
* Third Bedroom: Features a comfortable Queen bed.
* Living Room: Two full-size pullout couches provide additional sleeping options. Guests will have private access to the entire home for a comfortable and personal stay. Enjoy a seamless arrival with our easy self check-in process. Off-street parking is also available for your convenience.

Please note that the closet in the master bedroom and the outdoor shed are locked for cleaner storage and are not accessible to guests. We respect our guests' privacy and aim to provide a seamless, independent stay. We will not be present during your visit but are available and happy to assist with any questions or needs that may arise. Please don't hesitate to reach out! * Security: For your safety and peace of mind, exterior security cameras are installed on the property.

* Safety: The home is equipped with smart smoke detectors to ensure your safety and to help us enforce our strict no-smoking policy. If evidence of smoking is found, the guest will incur an immediate $500 smoking fee.

* Laundry: There is a washer and dryer in the unit and guests must provide their own laundry materials including detergent.
