Welcome to Villa Sunrisa. This charming 2-bedroom 1 bathroom cottage, offers breathtaking views and a true family-friendly retreat. This cozy, breezy home features abundant outdoor spaces perfect for relaxation and entertainment. Enjoy large outdoor dining areas, a BBQ grill, fire pit, and spacious lounging couches. The large pool with it's expansive deck and built in bar is perfect for relaxing or entertaining island style. With its simple, inviting atmosphere, this property is designed for creating memories, offering serene island breezes and ample room for hosting. Ideal for gatherings, it combines comfort and natural beauty, making it the perfect vacation escape. What the house lacks in space, the outdoor area makes up for.
The kitchen and bedrooms are on the smaller side but the outdoor spaces are amazing.
There are 2 bedrooms and one bathroom upstairs. The caretaker lives in the downstairs apartment and is always available to answer questions or help with any needs. House is not handicap accessible unfortunately.
