The house was perfect for our situation with 21 people. We had a slight issue with the garbage disposal but the property manager was highly responsive and helped us very quickly. Any questions that I had leading up to our stay were answered very quickly. Overall the house was clean with clean sheets and towels. The floors, particularly tile floors could have used a better sweep, but overall a clean place and would stay again.

The space of the house was perfect for our group. The only thing I would recommend would be that a few basic kitchen items should be provided like pasta stainer, hand mixer, potholders, and dish towels. Everything else was great but with a group this size, we don't eat out every night and wanted to cook a big family meal a couple times. Which we still did and made due without the listed items but just a thought moving forward. The quick response was great with the host. We will probably be back next year if our sport travels allow us to return.

At check-in 3 of the bedrooms had dirty bed linen we had to wash before sleeping on it. The carpet and living room furniture needs cleaning and the furniture was covered with sheets and pillow cases to hide the condition. The floors in the living, dining and kitchen area was dirty and sticky. I literally had to mop the floors as soon as we checked in. Other than these issues the overall stay was good. The Host was extremely attentive and response time was excellent.
