Checkin was an easy process. Dora was waiting for us when we arrived. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need, even seasonings. Love the fact that there is an airfryer. There is also a speaker that you can you use for when you’re out by the pool or just want to play tunes in the villa. WiFi was strong. The pool is quite deep, but there are floaties and noodles available to use. Love the egg chair that’s on the patio. Views of the ocean are gorgeous, the sunset is a must see by the pool. Walking down to the restaurants on the resort are quick and easy. We only had a few issues during our stay, the power went out one night for 2 hours, but that affected the whole estate. Also, the drainage in some of the bathrooms was poor, but Dora said she would get it checked out. Of course we encountered a few critters (water bugs and a scorpion) coming from out of the bathroom drains, but apparently the drains go outside so that’s how they are able to come through the drain. Overall, we had a lovely stay and enjoyed our time in the villa. Dora was very helpful the whole time and I appreciate all the recommendations she gave.

The outdoor living space was a highlight — the pool was ideal after long beach days, and on slower days when we wanted to stay close to home, it was perfect for that too. All amenities were exactly as described, and Dora & her team were excellent — answering every question before booking & stayed responsive during our stay. Being on site, they responded quickly & dropped off anything we needed without hesitation.Location-wise, I’d call this the best spot on the island. You’re 10–30 minutes from the top beaches & 30 minutes from downtown. We loved Coral Estates itself: safe, walkable, with restaurants & the beach five minutes away (note that the “beach” doesn’t have a sandy area). We walked down for dinner & sunsets multiple times — the little café for smoothies, breakfast & pizza became a favorite & we loved the bar’s balcony. One evening we brought dinner to the beach, watched the sunset, swam & stayed to stargaze. One of those nights you don’t forget.The house is spacious and modern — plenty of room for a family of five with 3 teens. Beds & pillows comfortable, AC powerful (we ran it every night) & the rain shower heads were lovely. Huge doors opened to a cross breeze that kept things cool during the day. The kitchen had everything we needed, WiFi was strong throughout & the ocean and sunset views were stunning — we even caught a rainbow one morning. We’ve stayed at a lot of VRBOs, and this was our favorite. We’d come back without hesitation & highly recommend it.

It's a wonderful house. The pool is large with excellent views. The gas grill area is great with plenty of shade. There is air conditioning available in all of the living areas. Perfect view of the sunset from the patio . Plenty of seating inside and out. Property manager answers any questions right away. Kitchen is well stocked. Back yard pool area is very private. Definitely 5 stars.
