This house was impeccably clean and well-appointed for a superb vacation experience. The beds are all comfortable, and there is plenty of space to spread out. The backyard is spectacular with so many sitting areas and places to enjoy the outdoors. The home is quiet as is the neighborhood. The neighbors were friendly when we encountered them while enjoying walks. This home is ideally located for easy highway access and trips to the beach or either Miami or Fort Lauderdale.

We only stayed one night but the house and the amenities were very nice. The house was clean and everything worked as intended. If I were to suggest anything, it would be to have an occupant sensor on the light in the laundry area, so we didn't have to walk into a dark room.

Peters home is clean, fresh, and very comfortable. Lots of cozy conversation areas indoors and out which made for great family visits. The pool was so relaxing and refreshing on a hot July weekend.Peter was quick to respond to all questions and was an all around wonderful host!

Quick birthday getaway

We came for 48 hours just to reset and relax for my birthday. Peter was an amazing host communicated with me the entire time. The property is beautiful super clean super convenient to grocery stores food places etc. the backyard setup is a vibe too! The pool was nice and cool after a hot day. FANTASTIC Ft. Lauderdale Property!!!

My husband, 12-year old twin boys, and my 81-year old mother enjoyed a two (2) night stay in this beautiful property prior to our cruise departure.I can’t say enough about the property owner, Peter. He was wonderful to communicate with and so accommodating.The home was IMMACULATE and had all of the comforts of home.We happened to be there on Super Bowl Sunday and especially enjoyed the 70-inch television for watching the game while the boys swam in the backyard.The beds were so comfortable, the kitchen and bathrooms updated, and the backyard was like a resort! Would definitely stay again!!!

I have been a vacation rental host for 7 years and I enjoy meeting folks from all walks of life and from all over the globe. It has really expanded my understanding and appreciation for other cultures.

Why they chose this property

This neighborhood is a hidden gem. Most locals do not know this neighborhood exists. It is also very unspoiled and reminds me of Puerto Rico and Hawaii. There are lots of large shade trees and adorable smaller homes that have been restored / updated like my house throughout the neighborhood. There are also saltwater canals with boats of all sizes throughout the area.

What makes this property unique

My home is an unmodified house. I love the original mid-century design and look of the home. The home is also updated with warm, inviting colors and a welcoming feel, unlike many homes that are updated with bold / extreme colors like all white or black and white. The colors and styles in my home are timeless- they always look and feel good and inviting :)
