Unwind in Park City across the street from the canyons resort and lower gondola . This fantastic Fully remodeled Two Story big house. 4 bedrooms 3 bathrooms : including 2 king bedroom suites. This tranquil retreat offers plenty of space for guests to relax. Reclining sofa in the living room, by the fireplace and tv. Our place will help you feel at home while you're traveling in Park City. Walking distance to the lower Gondola at the Canyons. Conveniently located and easy access. No Jacuzzi, but the amazing views and location are a 10!
Lower floor has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. There is a big couch, big TV and great space to relax. There is a twin bunkbed and queen pull out sofa for additional beds. The Fireplace down brand new. Washer , dryer, and kitchenette downstairs.
The front, side and back yard have the beautiful views! Super comfy to come back to after a full day of fun. Security cameras outside

This is a quiet neighborhood and easy access for the bus. Across the street and half a block away is the lower Gondola to the canyons.

Currently getting remodeled as of September 2025, location and size is great and has a kitchenette downstairs too. Has potential for two separate rentals.
