The house was beautiful, very clean. The layout was good, room for all our group. Nice location - close to shopping and restaurants. It snowed while we were there so we had to shovel a couple of times (we brought our own, just in case) when we went out during the day. A company did clear the snow overnight.

Great location, close to amenities. Communication with owner was great - she made sure to send all the needed information before our stay so we could just get to the house and relax. Will definitely be staying here again when we're in the Des Moines area.
