This welcoming villa in Santa Maria, Sal offers our guests a fabulous stay. 2 master bedrooms, 2 further double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and convenient amenities including 3 air conditioners, 2 TVs, a fully equipped kitchen, additional fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave.
Although there is a swimming pool near our villa, it is fully maintained by the hotel management and we cannot held any responsibility regarding its operational condition. Sometimes it might be closed for usage to carry out maintenance works, etc for a several days to weeks, depending on circumstances. Usually it is fully operated and is safe to use, however we can’t tell for sure if it will work during each guest vacation, please bear it in mind when booking.

Villa does not belong to the hotel, and is private property.
It is rented on a self-catering basis.
Payments for rent is made in 2 parts: when booking the desired dates you pay 50% of the total rental cost to the owner's bank account in the UK (no comission), or via PayPal account (subject to 6% PayPal comission).
The remaining amount due to be paid no later than 48 hours before check-in.
Telephones and e-mail of our agents on Sal to be provided to guests upon arrival to our villa.
The villa rental price includes a deep cleaning before arrival.
If you wish to order additional cleaning, please book our cleaners on Sal in advance, for an additional fee.
