- Pets are not allowed in this home. We will fine $75/day till the dog is removed from premises. And additional charges may apply if cleaning required for the home to remove hair, and smell from the home.

- We have one dedicated parking spot for an SUV. The parking spot will not fit a truck.

- You will need to climb stairs - there are 3 flights of stairs and 4 stories.

- No access to mailbox: We don't have access to USPS mailbox. All deliveries need to be at the doorstep. Please make sure to have it delivered only while you are present at home to not inconvenience guests before/after you, and prevent lost packages/theft.

- Please take shoes off at the entrance.

- Extra services available at additional cost for guest comfort: Please inquire and reserve 72 hours in advance for most services as they may not be available last minute:
