Derrick the manager was very helpful with problems that arose. The apartment was fine after heating system was replaced. The development was under repair and will probably be finished soon,it was outside work.

Short family vacation. Easy check in. Easy ground floor walk in. Could tell some things have been renovated and they were done really nice. Some furniture probably about time to switch out, old with stains. Water pressure in master shower extremely poor. Not sure if it’s a reduced nozzle or just weak. Door hinge plate not attached and door fell. Easy fix though. Towel rack fell off in master as well. Not a big deal but overall place could use some attention to detail.
