Silver Springs Lodge in the Heber Valley

Silver Springs Lodge includes 10 bedrooms and 13 baths and can sleep up to 50 people. Private heated swimming pool and spa along with basketball court and sand volley ball court. Beautiful 2 acre lake with kayaks and row boats stocked with fish. Spectacular gathering room and dinning area that can accomodate up to 125 with a fully stocked commercial style kitchen. Complete with a theatre room with 75' 4k flat screen tv and a game room with pool table, ping pong table and foos ball. There is no reason to leave the 20 acre property but if you do there are 90 holes of the most beautiful public golf courses within 15 minutes along with two large public lakes for water skiing etc. Also within minutes of the provo river for running rafts or for blue ribbon fishing. Just off the property are hundreds of miles for ATVing.
The Outdoor Pool is heated from May 15th to September 30th each season. The Outdoor Spa is always heated, year-round. During October and April, the pool can be heated, upon advanced request for $175 per day, with a minimum of three days. From November through March, the charge is $199 per day, with the same three-day minimum.
Fifty percent (50%) of the total lodging price is due upon confirmation of the reservation. Reservations made within 30 days of reservation date will not be confirmed without payment in full at time of reservation. Cancellations made within 180 days of the reserved date will forfeit 100% of the deposit made. All cancellations made before 180 days of the reservation will receive a refund of the deposit minus an 8% processing fee. We recommend that you purchase travel insurance.
Once you have made a reservation with a deposit you will receive a rental agreement. Please sign the rental agreement to complete your reservation. Seven days before your arrival you will receive an email with check in instructions by email.

Weekend Ski Trip

Stayed here over a long weekend to get some skiing in at Park City. Had a group of about 30, it slept everyone comfortably and the space was excellent. Great hot tub and pool, plenty of beds to go around, a large open space in the main hall and a ton of activities to be found around the house and property. Parking was a breeze, we had plenty of privacy, and we were only about a half hour drive from Mountain Village in PC. Would definitely recommend staying here if you have a large group!

What an amazing property! The accommodations are perfect for a large group (we had 45 guys) and not a single complaint for anyone. There is plenty of space and a little of something for everyone. Property is well maintained and clean.

They've thought of it all!

This property is amazing! There is so much space for a group of 30+ to sleep in their own beds, the kitchen is fully stocked with anything you could possibly need, the pool and spa were SUPER clean, the pond is a great place to relax or catch some fish, the basketball and pickle ball court were a plus, the technology is up to 2023 standards...the property is just remarkable.

Perfect Company Retreat

This was a great property for our group of about 40 (give or take each day). The amenities were perfect. We had some swimming, some playing pickle ball, some playing pool and ping pong, kayaking, and others watching a movie in the theater room. The kitchen was well stocked. There were plenty of bathrooms for our large group. Overall, it was a comfortable and peaceful place to stay while we learned and trained together.

The lodge has everything you need and more. The location is abosultely gorgeous. We held a retreat for some of our out-of-state team members and it is literally out of a movie. The photos don't do it justice.

Good property - needs improvements

This overall property was great for our family of 30. However, the beds are terrible. We had adults sleeping on the couches because the beds were so. bad. Also, for the price you pay towels and kitchen accessories should be upgraded. Literally it looks likes they went to Deseret Industries and grabbed towels and kitchen accessories they thought people would need.

Delightful property.

We celebrated a milestone birthday as a family for the weekend. The pool, theater and fully stocked kids playroom were hits with the grandkids. The kitchen was fully stocked and we were able to prep meals for 30 people with ease. The lodge is spacious enough that we could spread out and enjoy visiting in smaller groups, but then come together for dinner and a birthday party. The sound system was a big plus for toasting our loved one.

Perfect for Team Retreat

We reserved this place for a work retreat and it was perfect! We were able to have all the spaces needed to hold our breakout sessions, collaborate and still be able to meet all together for presentations. We had a wonderful reunion! The home was perfectly large for our family…the activities available at the house were well used.,, pickle ball, the wonderful pond with all the equipment, the pool and basement games and movie room. Something for all. The kitchen was ample for our large group… we had a party and the tables and chairs were such an asset! Really appreciated the e sound system inside and out!! Couldn’t have love the home more. Loved seeing the deer on the property. Appreciated the supplies readily available for garbage, cleaning, paper towels, toilet paper and laundry. Only thing I would recommend is changing the saloon doors in the main level bathroom since it’s a handicap friendly bath…the doors are very difficult to maneuver. Also, and out door shower by the pool would be helpful. Thank you!!!

Great Family Reunion Property

This place has it all! Pool, hot tub, fishing, paddle boarding, kayaks, pickleball, basketball, volleyball, firepit, and so much more. It is so well stocked and sleeps so many people comfortably. We have stayed here twice and we will for sure be back again next year.

Silver Springs Lodge was built in 2012 by the Nelson Family to be a place to accommodate large family gatherings, corporate groups or destination weddings. The family has operated and continues to operate other group destination properties but built this property closer to home to allow family members to better be involved in the operations of the family business. We love the rustic nature of this area and really love providing a place for families to gather together and enjoy each other's company as well as to recreate.

Why they chose this property

This property is unique in that it allows large family groups to gather together all under one roof but then to have ample space to spread out and enjoy their surroundings. The gathering area around the kitchen is where most family members enjoy each others company as meals are prepared but then there is ample to do to recreate without everybody being on top of each other.
