We spent two nights at Roman’s house and it was perfect for our needs. He was communicative and helpful when any questions arose and explained everything perfectly to help make our stay a pleasant one. I highly recommend staying here!
Very clean and well-maintained home in a lovely area. The 3rd bedroom is actually in the basement and had a mildew smell; we did not use it. We also thought we were going to have 3 full bathrooms, but the home actually has 2 and a half. The kitchen is missing some key items (a cutting board and a can opener). Lastly, the beaches within walking distance are not accessible to visitors. They are members only.
We got there hours before check-in time, but it didn't seem to bother Roman; he just helped us get in. Our first outdoor impression was that this tiny lot couldn't possibly have three bedrooms and a private backyard, but it did! There are three floors, with a bath on each one, three big bedrooms, and an open-concept main floor. My two sisters and I rattled around in it. The whole place was nice and clean, and the icebox was spotless. The massive table in the dining room was ideal for wrapping wedding gifts, and then for Monopoly games. What a bonus that turned out to be!A few blocks south toward 25-A we discovered a paved rail-trail, which was a lovely surprise. A number of (well-mannered) cyclists passed us there on a late-afternoon walk, so it was good to know we weren't the only ones out there, just in case. Recommended.

obvious issues between owner and neighborhood! with a person telling us not to stay in the house due to foreclosure, and it being visited by the police recently! not a good way to start our vacation! Overwhelming odor of fuel oil in the basement from the boiler and oil tank that kept us from using the basement at all. we could not use the basement bedroom as advertised due to the smell. one couple had to sleep on couches in living room. i had contact with owner about check in and then sent a text when we left informing him of odor and i got no reply at all! would not stay again and would not recommend it to anyone!

This was an awful experience. Multiple problems and odor in the basement that didn’t allow us to be able to sleep in the bedroom. Refrigerator was filthy. Railing was not up to code on the deck. Smoke alarm wasn’t hooked up. Rat traps and poison under sink. Dirty conditions throughout house and the backyard was an absolute mess. Too many things to list. Two of our group had to sleep at a nearby place because the toxic fumes from the basement were so incredibly strong. We later found old towels soaked with some type of solvent in one of the closets.
