Colony Cove is a gated condo complex, Set around lush tropical landscaping. Our unit is only steps from the beach and pool!
Our condo is newly renovated and has everything you will need and is ground floor. NO stairs to climb. Full kitchen, laundry, Satellite T.V., AND free WIFI.
NEWLY COMPLETED Jan 2023. Complete new mini split A/C system throughout our unit. There is a gas grill pool side and a 2nd in the court yard. TV in each bed room and Living room.
1 restaurant 2 doors down in Club St Croix [Butter]
2 Grocery stores within walking distance (Pueblo & Foodtown)
Start your day with a cup of Coffee on the 200sq ft patio (gallery) while gazing at the Caribbean waters. Later enjoy a cold drink around the fresh water pool.
At the beach: swim, snorkel or dive the protected reef.
The friendly, historical, charming town of Christianstead is only 1.5 miles. Enjoy shopping, food and drinks along the harbour front.
Renting a car is not a must. However, it is recommended to tour the island at your leisure. Taxi's are also an easy way to get around.
There is lots to see and do including a new casino, 3 golf courses, many beaches, famous restaurants, excursions and more.... Going to Buck Island is very popular, .....
You can island hop to St Thomas via ferry or sea plane.

We quickly came to enjoy everything St.Croix & Colony Cove has to offer. In Aug 2012 we purchased our condo .We would like to share the SUN,SEA & SAND with you and hope you may come to St.Croix to experience all its wonders.

Our ground floor unit is right on the corner of bld A. Very close to the pool and beach with a wonderful ocean view.Nice trade winds to keep you cool and no stairs to climb.
