To Whom It May Concern, The room was dirty, and we had no silverware, the chairs were very uncomfortable and when you sat in them you leaned back as if you were getting ready to take off in a rocket, The couch you couldn't even sit on it because you could feel the bars under your but. The only place to sit was on the bed to watch T.V The chairs on the patio were so dirty and falling apart and the air conditioner front panel was falling off. The air conditioner leaked all over the floor in the room to the middle of the floor and no one showed up to fix it. the first day I went to make coffee as I was pouring the water in the coffee maker the water was coming out the bottom. We waited five days for someone to bring us another coffee pot, We would come back to the room and had to kill bugs running across the floor. The closet doors had missing knobs, sink in the bathroom leaked all over the counter when running, the hot water It was just trickle and the cold water leaked. We were told the pool was open before we made the reservation and when we got there the pool was closed and the people kept telling us it would be opening soon but it never did. (For two weeks.)
