Each apartment has two bedrooms, kitchen, living-room, bathroom, toilet, terrace and garage. Fully brand new equipment: electrical appliances, dinner service, household linen… Wi-fi. Apartment placed in the centre of the village with all services close: supermarkets and restaurants. Welcome service by the owner of the property with delivering of the keys and a brief explanation of the apartment and places of interest to visit. Excellent communication by road (Highway “Autopista del Norte A67”) and train. Perfect location to visit Cantabria and closed regions. 10 minutes from Santander, 8 minutes from Santillana del Mar, 15 minutes from “Cabarceno” park, 25 minutes from “Soplao” caverns, 20 minutes from San Vicente de la Barquera, 30 minutes from Comillas, 60 minutes from Picos de Europa, 60 minutes from Gugenheim Museum (Bilbao). Pets are not allowed. If it is necessary there is pick up service at airport and bus/train station. Area with excellent restaurants to enjoy good cuisine, bars and drinks.

A lovely property in a great location with great views of the coast a short walk away. Family enjoyed the paddle tennis court and shared pool. Secure parking in gated property. Quiet and relaxing in easy reach of shops and restaurants.

Excellent apartment

Terrible directions given to find property we were travelling at night which made it worse. Great place though spotless inside. View spectacular. Pool lovely and refreshing. Great location for touring area. Lovely host gave us fresh fruit and was very friendly. Dumas the dog is gorgeous. Only other criticism I had was the kitchen. Very little crockery. No kettle, spatula, only one large bowl. Had to go to host to get a can open as well. Just needs kitchen sorting and better directions on arrivaland place would be outstanding

Sehr schönes, gepflegtes und sehr gut ausgestattetes Objekt zum Erholen, Baden und Relaxen. Ist als Startpunkt zu den kantabrischen Sehenswürdigkeiten bestens geeignet. Die Vermieter sind sehr hilfsbereit, diskret und herzlich. Die automatische Übersetzung der Objektbeschreibung könnte verbessert werden, wenn das technisch umsetzbar ist. Es ist eine sehr tolle Wohnung, auf einem noch schöneren Anwesen. Die Fotos geben den Gesamteindruck voll und ganz wider. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Ideale Lage fürs Baden oder Ausflüge in die Umgebung (Santander/Bilbao/Höhle El Soplao/Cabarcena). Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Great Apartment in Fantastic Location

We loved our stay at this apartment and really appreciated the views over the bay and hills. It's a quiet location but not far from Santander if you want the city environment and the shops and restaurants. This place was just perfect for us once the friendly owners supplied the kettle and breakfast bowls we asked for.

großartige Unterkunft

Eine tolle, saubere und großräumige Unterkunft bei sehr netten Vermietern. Man sollte ein paar Brocken spanisch können um einen besseren Kontakt zum Vermieter herstellen zu können. Der Blick aus dem Appartement ist traumhaft - eine Weide mit Landtieren, eine Bucht mit wechselnder Ebbe und Flut und natürlich dahinter das Meer. Ein Strand ist mit 10min Fußweg erreichbar, noch schönere Strände erreicht man mit dem Auto in Richtung Santander (eine Autobahnabfahrt weiter von Mogro). Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt mit Terrasse, einem traumhaften Pool und dem grandiosen Ausblick.

Un vrai plaisir. C'est un endroit magnifique.

Très bel appartement avec une vue incroyable sur une "Ria". Nous avons profité d'une belle semaine grâce à l'accueil de Angela et Jose manuel ainsi que la piscine et l'accès en 5 minutes à pied à une étendue de sable magnifique lors de la marée basse et une plage quand la marée commence à monter. Je le recommande chaleureusement.

ESTANCIA COMO EN MI PROPIA CASA

Apartamento muy tranquilo, acogedor, limpio y bien equipado. Con vistas fabulosas de prados y ria (muy bonitas las subidas/bajadas de la marea en la ria. Muy cerca de Santander (10-15 minutos en coche). Los paseos por el entorno son muy agradables. Los equipamientos ( jardín, piscina, aparcamiento, etc...), tal y como lo describen los propietarios en el anuncio. Los propietarios muy atentos en todo momento. Recomiendo el sitio, nosotros seguro que volveremos.

Incomparables vistas y fantastico apartamento

En primer lugar el trato directo y cordial de los dueños , es un placer tratar con ellos. El apartamento, las vistas espectaculares, por muy buenas que parecen las fotos , nada en comparacion a la realidad, el apartamento muy comfortable y mantenido para que este como nuevo, el jardin y la piscina muy comodos al lado del apartamento.Muy recomendable para familias con hijos.

Grandiose Zeit!

Wunderbare Unterkunft in herrlicher Landschaft mit schönem Pool & Paddelcourt. Schöne Strände (je nach Geschmack ruhiger oder mit wilden Wellen) rasch erreichbar. Ebenso Santander, eine tolle Stadt mit vielfältigen Angeboten (u.a. Konzerte/Fiestas) in ebenso landschaftlich reizvoller Lage. Sehenswürdigkeiten, wie Santillana Del Mar, die Höhlen von Altamira oder Soplao, die Picos de Europa u.v.m., sind nicht fern. Unsere 3 Wochen gingen viel zu schnell vorbei. Muchas gracias!

Super Urlaub

Wir haben zwei wunderschöne Wochen in Mogro verbracht. Die Lage des Anwesens ist optimal: man schaut auf eine Flussmündung und hat tolle Strände in nächster Nähe. Die Picos de Europa sind nah, ebenso andere touristische Highlights wie das mittelalterliche Santillana del Mar oder die Höhle von Altamira. Wohnung, Pool, Tennisplatz und das ganze Anwesen sind modern und gut gepflegt. Alles Notwendige ist vorhanden. Die Besitzer waren freundlich und entgegenkommend. Für uns hat sich die weite Anreise aus Deutschand auf jeden Fall gelohnt. Auch unsere beiden Söhne, 14 und 8 Jahre alt, haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt.

Séjour absolument réussi. Appartement très propre, très clair et fonctionnel avec une vue magnifique, dans un environnement calme et verdoyant. La piscine est mise à votre disposition avec beaucoup de gentillesse et d'attention. Les propriétaires ,charmants et discrets, sont très soucieux de votre confort. La situation géographique de la maison est parfaite pour profiter des magnifiques sentiers côtiers, des plages, des villages et même de la montagne surtout sous le soleil. Nous avons regretté de ne pas parler espagnol. Nous aurions ainsi pu davantage échanger avec nos hôtes et surtout les remercier pour leur gentillesse. Location à recommander vivement.

Apartamento perfecto tal y como se explica en la web. Espacioso, bien aprovechado, muy limpio. Realmente hay wifi y funciona bien, Muy bien situado, en frente de la playa, no hay casas delante, tal y como muestra la foto ( de las pocas casas que hay en primera línea). Situación geográfica perfecta para conocer toda Cantabria, y parte de Asturias. Propietario amable y discreto. Y en verano piscina y pista de paddle! . Lo recomiendo al 100% Antonio

Great apartment in good location

Light and airy apartment with good facilities and helpful owners. The views are stunning and the location ideal. The beach is only a short walk away as is a local supermarket in the main town. Santander is only a short drive away in one direction, Torrelavega in the other. Other beaches in the area are worth a trip. Beyond the Picos de Europa are stunning. The pool area is great to relax (shared with a few otehr apartments but not overcrowded) by and there is also a half-size tennis court. In the evening also get a cooler breze off the sea that is very pleasant. An additional comfy chair or sofa in the living room is the only thing I could think of to make this place even better. Sure we'll return in the future.

Nous avons été ravis de passer une semaine dans cette maison, la vue est magnifique, la piscine extrêmement agréable ( traîtement au sel ), les propriétaires qui vivent sur place sont discrets. La maison est très bien équipée. Il faut prendre la voiture pour aller sur les plages de l'océan.

Very good location, surrounded by a large landscape combining the greenness of the field and the sea. Excellent area for families with children. There is no danger because garden is fenced. Perfect location to visit other villages and beaches. Besides Santander, it is also very close to Bilbao, Oviedo and Gijón.

Quiet area. Everything is in very good condition and excellent cleaning. Good quality beds to sleep. Fully brand new equipment. Perfect place to rest.
