Everything was great the area was wonderful. The check in was great and when I needed something or to request something I got a response right back. I most definitely will rent again.

The property was as described. There was a broken bed but the host got it repaired immediately. The only other things that I feel could be improved is they didn’t offer many towels for the number of people that can stay in the house and they didn’t provide toilet paper or paper towels. This is the first time that I have seen that! Overall good place to stay.

We couldn’t contact the property manager for 30 minutes after our check-in time so we couldn’t get into the property or the houses.Once at the houses the sheets had stains on them and we had roaches in one of the houses. It did what it needed to do, house a lot of people, but overall it wasn’t the the cleanest place to stay.

The host was great but the the house wasn't good. We had a leak from the ceiling, none of the remote controls were working in the bedrooms, well 2 was, we had 2 cars broken into after they told us to park in the office parking lot. We just had a bad experience and we have been coming to Kissimmee Fl for the past 6 years renting 15 or more bedroom houses and this was the worst trip ever. Not to mention we had to change house on the day of our arrival.
