Disgusting Master Bath

We will ask VRBO to assist us in a refund as we left the first morning. The host indicated there was no issue with cleanliness. I have one video of our Master Bathroom which tells the real story...

John, Dishonesty and attempting to extort someone is the lowest of the low. We have never allowed guests to rent our property in unsatisfactory conditions. We asked for proof over and over again and you failed to provide it. We on the other hand have shared proof that the property was indeed cleaned and prepared for your stay. We have submited over 20 photos and video proof to vrbo. We have a 5 star rating with airbnb and other sites and have NEVER once received a complaint. So whatever political or possible racial issue that caused you to check out is not our problem. That is yours alone. We are a Masonic hosehold that goes above and beyond for our guests. You sir, need to really think about your poor choices and sit with the consequence of them.
