This roomy, upgraded 3/2 West Palm 2-story with screened porches, a cozy firepit and private boat ramp features fishing from our private dock (water on two sides of the home), a cozy fire pit, and you're still close to fun and excitement, if you're curious. With 2 king beds and 1 queen bed, this spacious property offers guests a fun and relaxing stay. Enjoy WiFi, AC, washer/dryer machine, dishwasher, bbq grill, Keurig, pool table, cornhole, kayaks (waiver req'd in advance), and a soaking bathtub. The kitchen has everything! A short walk gets you to Dreher Park, Palm Beach Zoo, Cox Science Center, and the Aquarium. Octo-HouseWPB is equipped for both long or short stays to make your vaca one to remember. (Spring Training Fans: we're 10 mi from Cacti Park!!)

Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Bring used sheets/bath/hand/kitchen towels to the laundry room. Put dirty dishes (except sharp knives) in the dishwasher. Discard trash and unused food items in outside garbage can near the fence.
Return all fobs to the pool table bowl (missing fobs will be charged $25 each). Turn off all lights, but leave fans on. Lock all doors opened. Make sure the door is shut tightly before leaving.
Lock by holding down the hashtag symbol (lock fails if door is not closed fully). After exiting, please text 561-662-2800 that you've left. That's it! Enjoy the rest of your day, and safe travels!
