Clean & Convenient

The apartment was clean and great to stay in. It is located close to the “Line #9” Metro, offering easy access to places like Gangnam or Jamsil. Highly recommend staying here if you want a little bit of the proper Korean “APT” experience.

I loved this apartment! It is modern cozy and conveniently located near the metro and local eateries. I highly recommend this apartment! Communication with the host was very open and host was available when I had a question. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

What a clean and perfect place to stay in a fantastic distric in Seoul

First of all, this apartment is in a fantastic district in Seoul. It was so convenient to get around, with the train station just a short walk away—perfect after a long day. The apartment itself was very clean and charming, which was especially important to me. Even though we spent most of our time out exploring Seoul, whenever we came home, it was very comfortable and peaceful. Communication with the owner was also quick and easy, which was great. We’d love to stay here again when we visit Korea next year!

The basic amenities were lacking. Not enough blankets and towels provided. Host response to issues not helpful. Apt cleaning issues not explained or resolved. Dirty bed sheets and a large bag left outside of the apt never claimed or removed. Attempts to directly communicate with host via email obstructed by VRBO software blocking email exchanges and photo attachments within application. If we didn’t acquire our own additional blankets, towels and toilet paper we would not have been able to stay. It’s a brand new modern apt complex so providing decent amount of basic amenities would have been warranted.

Perfect Location, Brand-New Apartment with Great Amenities!

The location was amazing—very convenient with easy access to Gangnam and Jamsil. It’s right next to Asan Medical Center, and the apartment is a brand-new building with all-new furniture and appliances. Everything was well set up and in perfect condition.The unit is designed for two guests, with one bedroom and a second room used as an office and walk-in closet. The living room is spacious, and everything about the stay was excellent.The apartment complex is in a very safe and well-maintained community. The best part was that the building is directly connected to Subway Line 9, making transportation incredibly convenient. Highly recommended!
