The space
This 5 bedroom 3 bath-room house featuring:
- 9 beds and an extra air mattress and 1 cribs
- 800 square foot deck with lots of seating options for a fantastic outdoor experience.

- A decent game room offering a variety of games, including pool, foosball, and two arcade machine featuring classic games like pac-man, snake, etc.

- 3 TVs through out the house (two 65-inch and one 55-inch).

This mid-century modern style house offers numerous picture-perfect spots throughout. The open-concept living space seamlessly connects to the breakfast area and kitchen, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere for gatherings.

We are 10 mins to Walmart and HEB, 13 mins to Woodland Mall, 30 mins from George Bush International airport. There’re lots of nice restaurants around like Willie's Grill & Icehouse, Black Bear Diner and the best Pappadeux Seafood kitchen I ever had so far.
Guest access
The entire house is yours! The golf course belongs to the community. If you want to rent some tee time booking and golf cart rental, please visit riverplantationgolfclub(.)com
Other things to note
- NO EVENT/PARTY ALLOWED. We keep the right to terminate the booking without refund if there are undisclosed party.
- Please respect the noise curfew after 10PM. This is a very quiet neighborhood and we do not want to disturb our neighbors. Indoor and outdoor noise sensor will notify both owner and guests if noise level is high after 10pm.
- No street parking. Violated vehicles may get towed.
- Gatherings of more than the confirmed number of people, including both overnight guests and visitors, without prior notice and approval, are not allowed.
- No smoking, illegal substances/ activities allowed on the property.
- Pet fee $100. Two pets maximum. In the event of undisclosed pet(s), your reservation will be immediately terminated without refund
- Extra cleaning fee will be applied when the house was left too dirty and linens are stained.
- We have three outdoor cameras, one in the front of the house, one is for the side driveway and one in the backyard. They will be on 24/7 for security purposes.
- In-house fireplace and wood logs are for decoration only.
