This newly remodeled house offers a welcoming space for up to 8 guests. Cozy up in front of the all-season electric fireplace with heat for when you want it! The spacious Dining Room has a desk for remote work, and a sprawling table for meals or board games. This multilevel charmer is minutes from Bypass 20, but offers the privacy of a residential subdivision. Get to I39 or I90 in a snap! The master bedroom features a kIng sized bed with a door directly into the main bathroom. The second bedroom offers a queen sized bed, and the third bedroom has a twin bed with a trundle bed tucked underneath. All of the bedrooms have their own smart TVs. There is a smart TV in the Dining Room, and a smart TV and DVD player in the living room, over the electric fireplace. In the living room level you will find a laundry area and bathroom. There is a deck in back with chairs and tables, overlooking the fenced back yard.

We are originally from Rockford! We now spend part of our year on the Gulf Coast, but couldn't entirely let go of our Rockford roots.
Why they chose this property
This neighborhood is near and dear to our hearts! My husband grew up in the first phase of the subdivision, and we love the area and neighbors.
What makes this property unique
The tri-level floor plan offers so much flexibility and comfort. There are great spaces to gather together, but it is also easy to get some separation from each other, when desired. The location is great. It is away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but very close and convenient to all the best the area has to offer.
