Really terrific house at a reasonable price. Chad was great. If you're looking for fancy luxury, look elsewhere (and expect to pay a lot more). If you're looking for relaxation, peace, and beautiful sunsets, this is the house for you!

We had a great time at this property and it has fantastic views of the Sound and the sunset. The public beach access was a short walk and it is also very conveniently located a short drive from the many National Seashore access points on Hwy 12. Chad was a great host and very attentive, not to mention he also runs Red Beard’s Tiki Adventures. We also were given access to the large dock/pier into the Sound and the kids enjoyed fishing from this. Overall, we had a great time and would highly recommend.

Small issue with check-in was resolved quickly.Chad was very nice and even mailed me a few things I left behind. Beautiful view of the sound and easy access to the beach.
